Yoga for Total Health
Practicing meditation and yoga for over half of her lifetime and rooted in a traditional yoga practice (Kripalu) , Grace Osora Erhart RYT500 has been instructing classes for over 25 years, taking her first training at the original Kripalu Pennsylvania Ashram. Grace is also a Registered Nurse, Licensed Massage Therapist, Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapist and Dream Teacher in the Robert Moss School of Active Dreaming.
Classes range from gentle to vinyasa style. Grace has also been fully certified in Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy, and yoga therapy through Kripalu. She has been certified in vinyasa teaching with Tom Gillette, studying also with David Swenson, Yoganand MIchael Carroll, and many more powerful teachers. She also has a long tradtion of practice in Transcendental Meditaion, and Mindful Meditation. She is a working RN, and an LMT as well as a level 3 dream teacher in the Robert Moss School of Active Dreaming.
To bring the joy of yoga as a tool for living a happier life with meaning and true purpose to as many people as possible. A life that is connected to source with the energy and balance in body, mind and spirit so we can follow our dreams!
There is no subsitute for practicing with like minded friends. The energy you take in from being with a group is so much greater than watching yoga on a screen. Having your own practice is the most valuable tool for growth, but group classes expand horizons and connect us to spirit, it's only JOY you will find, and yourself!
